We are looking for a family to join our team in order to display in our community what a healthy and Godly family looks like.

Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the skills, personality, and vision of each of the family members.

We invite you to discover why there’s no place like “Da Grove”. Located in Miami’s historic Caribbean community of West Coconut Grove, we live an incarnational lifestyle and assume a relational posture toward evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and community development. We seek to empower our neighbors to bring the change that they want to see in the community.

The main focus of this apprenticeship is housing advocacy in our community. This includes working together with community leaders to develop a strategy to harness the forces of gentrification that threaten to take over and displace the residents.

This will also include organizing community members to participate in these efforts.

Supporting staff in other community organizing efforts.

• A family that displays Godly, healthy family and has a passion to see other Godly, healthy families raised up, especially in an inner city context.
• Able to take initiative
• Desire to grow in a community context
• Ministry experience
